We planned and prepared extensively for the UK's departure from the EU and offer full customs support. Our bespoke customs solutions enable us to achieve deliveries in the fastest possible transit times. Our operations team arrange the transport along with all the necessary customs formalities, this unique approach ensures there are no delays with customs paperwork, or miscommunication between departments, potential problems are identified and resolved promptly. This significantly eliminates downtime due to customs queries and prevents unnecessary demurrage charges.

Authorised Consignor

Issuing T1 documentation onsite at our facility in Ashford enables us to get vehicles on the road to Europe as quickly as possible. We can also issue T1's for collection from any IBF in the UK.

Deferment Services

We operate our own deferment facility charging duties/taxes to our account and re-invoicing where required.

This is popular with our retail clients and customers who do not want the complications of managing their own deferment account.

DDP Shipments

We arrange shipments to the EU on a DDP basis, via the smart border in France charging all taxes to where required, once the vehicle arrives in France it can go directly to the unloading point with no further stops.
This service is popular with clients exporting shop fittings or providing replacement goods urgently - not wanting any costs to be incurred by the receiver.

ATA Carnet

Handling and correct completion of ATA Carnets is vital to ensure no penalties are issued to the owner of the goods. We regularly complete ATA Carnets and ensure the correct procedures are followed by our drivers.

Carnets are regularly used in:
*Events & Exhibitions.
*Tooling for carrying out repairs.
*Machinery for testing.

Agent network in EU

We offer door to door cleared services. With a vast agent Network in the EU. Including our own head office in Hilden, which is AEO Certified - meaning we have direct control of shipments to and from Germany.
